September has been a very good month for my shopping habit.
As the Senior Lifestyle Reporter at 7You, I’m constantly coming across things that make me stop scrolling, add to a wishlist or, occasionally, wonder how I ever lived without them.
This month brought a little bit of everything: jewellery I’m still dreaming about, a fragrance that smells like pure luxury, my new favourite way to carry lunch and the pumpkin candle that announces my love of Halloween to the world.

Then there’s a lip treatment I’m already prepared to buy in bulk.
Here are the seven things I loved most this month.
1. Georgian Drop Huggie Earrings, $4,035 from HEIREST
Adding these straight to my wishlist because, unfortunately, these aren’t mine.
Otherwise, you would absolutely see me wearing them in pictures throughout this article.

Smelling like pure luxury, this Versace fragrance was my favourite to spritz this month.

I’ve been reaching for it whenever I want to feel a little bit more put together, even if the rest of my outfit is doing absolutely nothing to help.
3. Personalised Lunch Box, $64.90 from Beysis
I’ve been loving my personalised lunch box every single day. It really is the little things, like having your name and a tiny martini glass on a piece of Tupperware, that can brighten your day.
The clear body lets you see what’s packed at a glance, while four separate compartments are sealed with a leak-resistant silicone trim to help keep snacks contained and bags clean.
It’s finished with a 2mm silicone sleeve for extra protection, which also adds grip and comes in six colours.
Honestly, packing lunch has never felt quite so chic.
4. Trick Or Treat Pumpkin Pie Candle, $64.95 from Glasshouse Fragrances
My favourite every year.
I love all things pumpkin, spice, coffee, candles and jack-o’-lanterns. I’m that autumn-loving, pumpkin-crazed girl, and this candle speaks directly to my soul.
With Spiced Pumpkin and Cinnamon notes, it smells exactly like the kind of Halloween fantasy I want to live in. The black vessel comes to life with glowing eyes when lit, while the packaging is decorated with black flocked bats.
Beware, trick-or-treaters, because you’re in for a fright.
Now I just need to add the Spooky Spinning Carousel to my list. I missed out last year and it is exactly the Halloween decoration I absolutely need for my annual party.
5. Ole Henriksen Pout Preserve Peptide Lip Treatment, Vanilla, $31 from The Iconic
OK, this is about to be a big claim.
As an ex-beauty editor, this might be the best lip treatment I’ve ever tried. And that’s saying something from someone who usually has around 27 lip products rolling around the bottom of her handbag at any given time.
I’ve been reaching for this one religiously every night, applying a generous layer before bed. By morning, my lips still feel hydrated and look glossy, like I’ve only just applied it.
The formula is designed to provide long-lasting hydration and leave lips looking smoother and fuller. It contains lip-specific peptides, kokum and mango seed butters and cloudberry oil, while the glossy, non-sticky formula glides on easily.
I’m way too impressed. I need approximately 40 of them immediately.
6. Murad Retinal Resculpt Overnight Treatment, $144 from Adore Beauty
I love this retinal treatment.
Murad’s Retinal Resculpt Overnight Treatment contains encapsulated retinal and is designed to improve the appearance of skin texture, firmness and wrinkles while you sleep.
I’m not exactly concerned about sagging skin at this stage, but I have noticed that my skin looks fresh and glowy the morning after I use it in my evening routine.
The formula combines retinal with ingredients including kangaroo paw flower, olive leaf extract, oat lipids and alpha glucan to support smoother-looking, hydrated skin.
Retinal is a form of vitamin A commonly used in skincare, and Murad uses an encapsulated delivery system designed to help with stability and delivery.
For me, the result has been skin that looks smoother, fresher and particularly glowy the next morning. Skin that looks well-rested is very much in the post.
7. Nicolla Satin Bomber Jacket, Blush Rose Gold, $249 from Meshki
I know we’re heading into summer, but I couldn’t resist one last killer jacket purchase that I’m hoping to get plenty of wear out of this spring.
The NICOLLA Satin Bomber Jacket has a funnel neckline and cropped, dropped-shoulder silhouette, with a zip closure finishing at the neck with a snap-tab detail. Ribbed cuffs and a ribbed hem give it that classic bomber shape, while the blush rose gold satin finish makes it feel much more luxe.
It’s directional, shiny and very me.
Basically, it’s a jacket that makes me want to plan an outfit around it.
